Now is our winter of this content:
A big nod of appreciation for the assistance to Kelly Munro who heads up the influential interdependent, End Of The Trail Creative community. He has caught MOSES live a few times and also booked them for his stage at Liverpool Sound City Festival 2021.#thatbandMOSES - In this band-to-discover story, there's no hype or "next big thing" accolades (yet?). Will their time come? Word of mouth, yes, but each chapter of "That Band MOSES" truly is a live rock opera in real time.
Rounding off a creative 2022, MOSES headline the launch of a new club, Bad Apple on 9th December at The Old Blue Last, in Shoreditch.
The Bad Apple statement mission: "Brand new team of music lovers aiming to promote diversity and create a safe space for all".
If you've ever been to a MOSES gig you'll know that this is how they roll. If you haven't yet, and can, treat yourself. Tickets to a celebratory rock out with Healthy Junkies, Yuke, Velvetines, The Outers (live) + legendary Feet First DJs bringing the party, via Dice.FM link.dice.fm/fDzwbit3etb

Passionate to perform.
It's been quiet, gig wise this year for such a huge calibre of live performance. The phenomenal SHOW involves everybody in the room and it's not just the band who miss it!
Compelled to create.
MOSES have kept working hard in additional ways. They've been busy writing, rehearsing demoing (Spring/Summer) and then recording (Autumn/Winter).
Many thanks to all who have bought a copy of the limited vinyl edition of the new album, 'I Still Believe! Do You?' which was released in September via Bandcamp.
Eternal appreciation, also, to everybody who downloads, streams, shares, reacts, buys gig tickets or supports them in any way. Because of listeners and recommenders, for a band that don't post on social media/tour all the time, MOSES continue to Live The Stream on Spotify. #bestfans
Roar-along faves recently reached new landmarks
'Waiter' (the single that never was, due to lockdown) has passed 100,000 plays and 'River Thames' (on a couple of ring tones, great call, literally!) 150,000+!
Big up the *New Music* promoting media.
Amazing Radio (UK) playlisted 'Murderer' and supported with many plays from their presenters (including USA), as did This Feeling's 'Best New Bands' playlist. A song for our times, it was premiered by John Kennedy on Radio X as an exclusive in Summer. Quality spotting, all.
Unheard Indie, included 'I Still Believe! Do You?' in their album of the year choices. Up against high profile names like The Mysterines (BBC Later with Jools Holland and about to tour with Arctic Monkeys), Miles Kane and Muse in their category, at least their indie isn't totally unheard!
When people do get to listen, they get it...
Absolute stars all the presenters/writers and plalists who have been feeding back to Lisa at Knight PR!
The Gigs were something else!!!
The Summer headline at the Water Rats Theatre in Kings Cross was a spectacle. Music fans attended from around the land - on a train strike day, some from more than one European country. It was a house party singalong by the end of the evening
Armed with exciting new songs (one of which - 'Storm' - they debuted at Esquires in Autumn, they also showcased tunes from the new LP at both shows). Everything to a roar of a approval. All encouragement helps.
Here is an unlisted video of the first song of their first ever gig in Bedford. Huge thanks to promoter, Milky! https://youtu.be/h8g3m_U0vEM (incidentally, that morning, Victor had lost his voice but made the journey from London, and had to keep warming and rewarming his voice before going on stage). It was definitely worth it.
November 2022
At time of writing, MOSES have just completed a new recording, their third album, their third trip to Magic Garden Studios in Wolverhampton.
Reputation correctly calls multi award winning producer, Gavin Monaghan, "The Wizard of Wolvo".
There's a mutual, spirituality. The band have gone a little crazy this year, (as most of us have!). They've poured it into tunes and words. Much appreciation is due also to studio engineer, Liam Radburn and to the band Headshrinkers, who have added some mighty vocals to the recordings.
And oh. WHAT songs. Dear future, you are in for a treat...
2023?
MOSES sound like many other and no other artists.
This new album is already something else, before it's even completed. Now to set up so many aspects for next year, while fresh anthems are being mixed and mastered.
They've been announced to appear at South By South West Festival in Texas, USA (March). SXSW: "An essential destination for global professionals".
Fact fans, ice hockey team, Texas Stars, played MOSES! " I wonder if you are aware a hockey team 1000 miles away from London uses your song when they score at home": https://twitter.com/MosesOfficialUK/status/1289152266327543808 - is it a sign?

Now with three all thriller no filler 'Greatest Hits' sounding albums (in my humblish opinion) to their name (and over 11 million streams so far) here's wishing MOSES all the best for the future - as well as deserved congratulations for what they've already achieved, having genuinely made their mark.
All are invited to be part of this, as ever.
p.s. I was at a Saatchi Gallery opening for Radiohead art collaborator, Stanley Donwood's 'Modern Landscapes' show recently. The official photographer asked about my (dyed) MOSES t shirt. Beautiful art by Ana Bănică. I wonder which illustration the band should use next for Merchandise?
