There is no postcard from Manchester, as I didn't go to that show, but luckily Ruby was there to document.
The feedback for the show at Manchester Gullivers was - again - out of this world.
The fact that another person compared Victor's front man presence to that of Freddie Mercury (and that two people who were outside, actually came to the show on the strength of what they were hearing) is testament to this being no ordinary band.
If you witnessed MOSES on their first headline tour (21st August to 25th September 2021) then you are part of #thatbandMOSES (basically an extended, international fun loving, sociable choir who like to sing or jump along at a gig moment or otherwise).
During the soundcheck of the first show (London), we filmed phone clips, then for a few days Victor put his athleticism to great use by literally run run run running around. This became the video for latest single, 'Alone' uploaded a few days ago.
Next stop is the headline tour finale.
Saturday 25th September
at Leeds Lending Room.
Like the other shows, this date has travelled from Spring 2020 (album launches) to Autumn 2020, Spring 2021 and finally it lands this weekend with support from Supermarket Police and Where's Mitchell.
Over this time, the MOSES Spotify monthly listenership has stayed healthy with song power - https://open.spotify.com/artist/1y3itK0FVcrhTZoCIhXmum
The debut album, 'Almost Everything Is Bullshit', has passed a million streams.
Now MOSES get to perform those tunes publicly at last - alongside 2021 releases. It's been awesome seeing new faces at the shows sing along, with passion.
